RankHabit

Terms of service

Effective October 24, 2026

These terms apply when you use RankHabit at rankhabit.com. By creating an account or using RankHabit, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use RankHabit.

The service

RankHabit reads your site, researches keywords, plans and writes articles with AI, and can publish them to your site. It's in private beta, and features may change, be added or be removed.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your business.
  • Use a real email address, and keep access to your email and Google account secure.
  • You're responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Only add sites you own or are allowed to manage.

Plans and billing

The free trial costs nothing and needs no card.

When paid plans are available, they're subscriptions billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the price shown in the app when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.

If we change a price, we'll tell you before it applies to your next period.

Your content

You own your sites, the information you give us, and the articles RankHabit writes for you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run RankHabit for you, including sending them to the providers listed in our privacy policy.

We don't claim ownership, and we don't publish anything for you unless you approve it or turn on auto-publish.

AI-written content

Articles are written by AI and may contain mistakes, out-of-date facts or wording you don't want. RankHabit flags some claims to check, but it can't catch everything. You're responsible for reviewing what you publish and for what appears on your site.

Auto-publish is off unless you turn it on; if you do, articles go out without your review. We don't promise any ranking, traffic or result.

Acceptable use

Don't use RankHabit:

  • to break the law;
  • to publish content that's illegal, deceptive, defamatory or hateful, or that infringes someone's rights;
  • for spam, link schemes or other practices search engines prohibit;
  • to add sites you don't control;
  • to attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer RankHabit;
  • or to get around plan limits.

Third-party services

RankHabit connects to services you choose, such as Google, WordPress, Framer, Lovable, Webflow (coming soon) or your own webhook. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for them.

Termination

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account (see Deleting your data in the privacy policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk; where reasonable, we'll tell you first.

Disclaimers and liability

RankHabit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits, revenue, rankings or data), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.

Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for meaningful changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using RankHabit after that means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
